Linda MacDonald

Linda is a multi-million dollar producer specializing in the seaside communities of Falmouth, Cumberland, Yarmouth, Cape Elizabeth & coastal South Portland and Freeport. She has extensive knowledge of all types of residential properties -- traditional, antique, new construction, and specializes in luxury and estate homes.

Ten years of marketing and real estate experience enables her to deliver the highest level of efficiency and quality services to her clients. She strongly believes in incorporating state of the art technology in those services to both her buying and selling clients.

Linda is a Designated New Construction Specialist, Designated Relocation Specialist, and has extensive experience in renovation working daily with Portland’s elite builders, architects and designers. She is a member of the National Association of Realtors, Maine Board of Realtors and received RE/MAX’s Platinum Award this year for outstanding sales volume.

Giving back to her community is a top priority for Linda. She is a contributor to the Children's Miracle Home Network (Maine Medical's Barbara Bush Children's Wing). She is actively involved with civic groups and is a community volunteer through the Falmouth school system. Linda resides in Falmouth Foreside with her husband and two sons.

Jaime Beane

Jaime creates custom marketing materials for client listings and designs the website and print advertising content. A licensed assistant, she works in tandem with Linda to provide exceptional buyer agent services as well as listing support. Jaime is a member of the National, Maine, and Portland Board of Realtors.

Originally from Virginia, Jaime moved to Ohio after college to pursue a successful career in merchandising where she was a buyer for 7 years. In 2005, Jaime transitioned into real estate and within her first full year she had reached the top 13% in sales volume for Columbus Realtors. She was awarded the Ohio Association of Realtor’s President Sales Club Award in 2007. Jaime and her husband relocated to Maine when he accepted a Freeport-based career opportunity and they are excited about living back on the east coast.

Debbie Kingry

Designer Debbie Kingry of Foreside Design is one of Maine’s top designers, receiving the Best of Show award for her Kitchen Design in the 2007 Portland Show House. Linda uses her services to stage listings and to provide her buyer clientele with consultations on their new homes. A designer for 23 years, Debbie offers a full range of design services -- paint and drapery choices, thoughtful furniture placement and selection, interior layout and flow – from blueprint to project completion.
